Leslie Baughman is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who has been counseling children, teens, and adults since 1996. Since becoming certified in PCIT in 2000, Leslie has gone on to coach over 1,ooo families in PCIT, train and supervise PCIT therapists, provide consultation to PCIT agencies state-wide, co-authored PCIT training manuals and materials, authored a chapter on PCIT in a clinical textbook, and was featured in the web based training for PCIT therapists.

Leslie is considered an expert in this evidence-based treatment and continues to provide ongoing consultation to PCIT therapists in private practice as well as agency settings. Additionally, Leslie routinely presents on parenting issues and PCIT for community groups and professional organizations.
