PCIT Sessions Provided Exclusively Online


With the use of an encrypted telehealth platform, you can now have PCIT services delivered right to your home, anywhere in the state of California. This type of live-coaching via video conferencing provides you with an expert parenting coach helping you manage your child's behavior challenges directly in your home environment. During on-line PCIT sessions, you'll be taught how to increase your child's appropriate behaviors while also decreasing or eliminating undesired behaviors. You will be given the skills to reduce power struggles, improve emotional regulation, minimize negative attention-seeking behaviors, increase focus and attention, gain your child's cooperation, and teach boundaries and accountability.
You and your child play together in front of your computer, tablet or phone, and Leslie coaches you through your earbuds to use specific therapeutic skills. This unique setup allows Leslie to assist in managing your child's behavior challenges in the moment. Even if your child is on their best behaviors for Leslie, those good behaviors offer opportunities to reinforce those things and enjoy each other during your session.
